Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer delivery services to addresses across the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any regions outside of these two countries at this time.
For orders destined for Canada, international import regulations and requirements may apply.

2. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Important notes regarding processing:
  • No orders are processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or observed public holidays (including U.S. and Canadian national holidays).
  • Canadian orders: An additional 1–2 business days of processing time may be required to verify shipping details, prepare mandatory customs documentation (such as commercial invoices), and ensure full compliance with Canadian import regulations.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States (Standard Shipping): Delivery is expected to take 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Canada: Estimated delivery times vary based on the specific destination within Canada, ranging from 10–25 business days after dispatch. This timeline accounts for potential delays in cross-border transit and customs clearance.

4. Shipping Carriers

  • United States: Domestic orders are primarily shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), chosen for its reliable nationwide coverage.
  • Canada: We partner with USPS for cross-border deliveries to Canada. The final carrier may be adjusted based on factors including the destination province/territory, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
Once your order ships, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. For U.S.-originated orders bound for Canada, tracking updates may only be available until the package reaches Canadian customs. Beyond that point, additional tracking information can typically be accessed through Canada’s local postal service (e.g., Canada Post) or the carrier’s international tracking portal.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s status.
  • U.S. Orders: Tracking information updates in real time and covers the entire delivery journey, from our warehouse to your doorstep.
  • Canadian Orders: Please allow up to 48 hours for initial tracking updates to populate in the system. Once the package leaves the United States, tracking updates may become less frequent. We recommend using the website of Canada’s local postal service to check for the most up-to-date delivery status.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package experiences significant delays or is marked as “delivered” but not received, please follow these steps:

For U.S. Orders:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk staff, mailroom attendants) to see if the package was delivered to an alternative location.
  2. Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to request detailed delivery information or initiate an inquiry.
  3. If the package remains unaccounted for, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

For Canadian Orders:

  1. First, allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date. Customs clearance procedures or international transit can sometimes lead to unforeseen delays.
  2. Use your tracking number to check with local postal services (e.g., Canada Post) or Canadian customs authorities—packages may be held if duties, taxes, or additional documentation are required.
  3. Verify with household members, neighbors, or local delivery hubs (such as post offices) regarding any missed deliveries.
  4. If the package is still missing after these steps, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date (to account for extended international transit times and customs processing).
