Returns may be requested within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for requests submitted after this timeframe.
For an item to qualify for a return, it must:– Remain unworn and unwashed– Retain all original tags and labels– Be in its original packaging.
If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we will cover return shipping expenses or provide a prepaid return label (where available).– For returns due to a change of mind (e.g., ordering the wrong size or no longer needing the item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

If returning a defective item, include clear photographs documenting the issue. Our team will confirm if your return is approved and share step-by-step return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier are non-refundable.
When you return an item, we will refund the product’s purchase price (and original shipping fees only if required by law and the return is due to our error). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees will not be included in the refund amount.
