    1. Q: Do you offer shipping to countries outside the U.S. and Canada?

      A: At this time, our shipping services are limited to addresses within the United States and all Canadian provinces and territories. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping to any other regions.

      A: Refer to our comprehensive Size Guide, which outlines how to measure your bust/chest, waist, and hips using a soft, flexible tape measure. If you fall between two sizes, we suggest sizing up for a loose, relaxed fit or sizing down for a more snug, tailored appearance. Be sure to check individual product descriptions for style-specific fit recommendations.

      Q: How do I keep track of my order’s delivery status?

      A: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package. For U.S. orders, tracking is available through USPS. For Canadian shipments, we use USPS International, and you can continue tracking via Canada Post once the package reaches local handling.

      Q: What should I do if my package is lost or arrives late?

      A: For U.S. orders: If your package is lost, missing, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. For Canadian orders: Due to potential customs clearance delays, please allow an extra 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery window before reaching out. You can then contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date. Reach out to [email protected] with your order number and tracking number, and our team will help resolve the issue promptly.

      Q: Is it possible to return a product?

      A: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund—please review our full Refund & Return Policy for detailed eligibility criteria and instructions. 

      Q: How long will it take for my refund to be processed and appear in my account?

      A: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate the refund process within 5–10 business days. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or financial institution may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account, depending on their processing timelines.
